Our nutrition largely defines how we feel, act, and develop. But during pregnancy, “we“ also includes our future baby -- which makes nourishment focal. And after the baby is born, getting nutrition right is one of the most efficient -- and effective -- ways to recover as a new mother.
While the information is abundant on the topic of pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, quantity doesn't equal quality. On top of that, no nutrition plan is one-size-fits-all: getting it right requires diligent consideration of your preferences, maternal stores, life conditions, and goals. Navigating this and finding the right answers can be overwhelming and lonely, and I'm here to be your companion and guide.
